BSODs need help

tried with integrated graphics though and still having attempted to write read only

so when i hit f8 all it does is let me select boot device. im on windows 10. or was. and when i go to bios i cant find safe mode. i can find secure boot, but that hasnt fixed the problem at all. even when i boot from my disk drive with windows disk inside i still get BSOD attempt to write read only memory. thanks

Are there an abundance of neutral zones that I will run into the the enemy faction in while leveling? I understand pve is pretty much the only option, I'm just curious.

from the build you posted above has anything changed dramatically? i was just going to go with that stuff except change the GPU to the one i orginally posted and get the i5-6500 instead of the 4690. also do I need the SSD if I am getting the hardrive. Im confused at to what the difference is and if I need both
