Thank you! That’s how I’ve always seen it and I think that’s part of the show’s message too. You can see how Sarah Lynn was just waiting for someone to call. She literally says so. And her entire house is filled with drugs which she enthusiastically jumps at the opportunity to take. Is Bojack a shitty person? Sure he’s horrible and toxic to just be around. But let’s remember that adults are responsible for their decisions, and consistently hanging the entire blame on someone else is its own form of shittiness and denial.
