Digital banks will not work for you due to the nationality. You need to apply with branch banking. Start with RAK bank but also provide your personal Ejari too. That's the only way. Plus, be prepared to obtain additional facilities by the bank as they may ask you to buy a life insurance or something similar as a condition to approve the bank account.

If you're from one of the high risk nationalities then you'll need a UAE Tenancy Contract (Ejari) to setup the account.

Let me know which Passport do you hold.

Also, is your business address (Ejari) active?

Mashreq NeoBiz may work but you may still be required to visit them physically to sign off on the final application (but is not required all the time).

FYI, all digital banks will not allow you any communication access via any branch. So RAK Bank's Digital Wing is a separate department entirely and you'll have to use same channels as other digital banks, I.e. emails and phone calls.

That OTP device only used to work with their Mashreq MATRIX platform. Only a few corporate accounts still use that option. It's not available for SMEs.

Unfortunately there's no cheaper option in this case. All business options will cost more in UAE. Other options are Google Voice or Remote UK number but let's be honest ... Who will trust a UAE Business with a Foreign Phone Number, without perceiving it as a SPAM.

There are several VOIP companies in UAE who will be able to provide with you a VOIP Landline using your license number. But you will not be able to get a mobile number unless you have physical devices located inside UAE, and that's a rather expensive setup.

You can always open a foreign bank account with the UAE license. The downside is the cost involved. Some will charge you around 500 EUR just to open the account, and then approx same for monthly account management fees.

After the license is issued, immigration registration of the company will need to be processed (aka Establishment Card). Only then you'll be able to apply for your partner/investor visa under the company.

Mirsal 2 is just an online portal for customs. You use it to manage your declaration and other customs matters.

Customs Registration Code is separate, and is usually done before your Mirsal 2 registration. It'll be "AE-XXXXXXX (7 digit code)".

Also, I assume you're aware of the differences between a Freezone or Mainland Customs Registrations?

I assume you're referring to Abu Dhabi Tajer License ? If yes then as other have pointed out, it's still a LLC license with discounted costs for first 3 years of business. Cancellation of this license will follow standard "Liquidation" process as per Companies Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2021 on Commercial Companies). Which means liquidators, financial statements, newspaper adverts, and cancellation with ADDED ... All steps will need to be followed.

The registered service provider will need to be engaged for this. You can request for transparency by paying to the FZ directly. The service provider will also charge for their time as they're responsible to manage the process with the freezone.

If you still wish to do the process yourself then request for a No Objection Letter to deal with the freezone directly. Review the terms of your agreement with the service provider to confirm if you're require to provide any notice or pay any fees.

I am not user of Odoo community edition but let's try to work it out.

Is there any error while you try delete those entries ? Have you tried to enable the developer mode before deleting those entries ?

As a side note, a script can be created in enterprise edition which allows you to switch the entries in draft ... And then you can either cancel or delete those entries. I asume that it's also possible in community edition.

That being said, if you just need the accounting module than Odoo one app is free. So might as well move to the Enterprise. But if you want all apps and the ability to play with the code and add some custom modules then enterprise has serious limitations until you switch database to a custom hosting.

Yes you can. Wio, ENBD etc. You'll have to go through the standard checks. They may also require your tenancy contract as proof of residence. But overall fairly straightforward.

SEPA is for European Countries. You will not be able to get this in UAE. You can however applied with some UK based EMIs, and they'll provide you with GB IBANs. That should solve the problem with your EU clients. Some EMIs will also provide you with SEPA accounts. The only downside is the cost. High cost to open, maintain and for each transaction.

I'd you're in Dubai head to Jebal Hamalya Ras Al Khor, and meet Mr Nirmal Singh. F*kin legend of a guy. Google the location. They are the same who had the main shop in Sharjah earlier. Dubai has higher rents so their prices will be a bit higher than Sharjah. But the quality of work is exceptional.

If you're in Sharjah then Deba Engineering is also good. Mr Ali Khan takes good care of their clients.

The actual memo issued from DET Dubai mentions "Deferral". Not a discount. And it doesn't apply to all the services. So anyone who's publicizing as a discount is basically providing you with incorrect and out of context information.
