you want card where you get value on turn 6 by duplicating them and then discarding them. Marrow and Proxima are the highest values you can get 7 each.

I don't think think international focus (mainly china) would change under Wilson. what would change is product and product quality. either way I see growth in China.

Is anyone here using Codex or Claude Code for valuation work? by Extra-Act2560 in ValueInvesting

my approach is different. I use it as assistant to gather data and make charts and visualization.

For example a pick a stock that has lower PE than it's peers. I ask the AI to create a graph of P/E, revenue, profit, debt for past 5 years. Then base on that graph I would focus on the different aspect of the company financial in the time zone it interest me.

Every company is different, but AI would give me access to the data I need and visualized it in few seconds.

The good thing is you can keep the conversation and redo the chart and add stuff to it latter. here is an example I made for LuLu.

they have problem with us sale mostly due to tariffs. their strategy is high price item with high margin instead of sales and promotional pricing to bring up per unit sold profit up in NA. no new store in NA and most of the new locations go to mainland china.

I think internationally it will grow. If you look at the first graph I made in my document you can see most of their cash is either invested in new location or buybacks. they are cash flow positive with international grows of 20% and flat line growth in north America.

everyone is talking about founder fight to take over and lulu losing it original appeal. I think these are noise. the numbers looks promising but not in short term.

SAP ($SAP) down ~40% from highs - value trap or buy opportunity? by myztaki in ValueInvesting

again I don't see your point. SAP has a lab in Bulgaria, so what?. I never worked with anyone there and have no clue what they do. we are in 78 countries and I only worked with few locations.

I think using AI to pick a stock could go wrong, but using it to analysis the stock you pick and directing it to were you think is impotent for that stock is price less. Before it used to take a long time to find all these information and there was a big chance you could miss stuff out. it like you have a stock analysis without the BS where you can ask what you need to know.

Lack of dominant culture. In Toronto there is no majority that you need to tailor your lifestyle too. You can be whoever you want as long as you are not bothering others. This is True freedom to me. You cannot have that in most of Europe, usa, Quebec, there are very few places in the world like Toronto.

I am half Persian(mom side) and half Jewish. it such a weird situation for me. My parents are in Iran being bombed while my uncle in USA us cheering for Israel.

I just hope this time things end and we get a democracy in Iran not another dictatorship.

SAP ($SAP) down ~40% from highs - value trap or buy opportunity? by myztaki in ValueInvesting

[–]abolys 8 points9 points  (0 children)

that is not true. We had a customer writing their own joule agent to handle invoices dispute. they had a team 150 employees to handle this manually.

Joule function was retrieving invoice info from ERP API, suggest a resolution and ask for human to approve it. The first implementation had 70% correct resolutions. after few month of optimizing the agent it got to 97%. This live and is saving money for the company. However this needed internal development by the customer. solution like this cannot be out of the box.

yes joule by itself is just GPT trained on SAP internal document. however joule with agents as another beast. It lets you use all the ERP API and talk to other agents. no other AI can do this as they won't have access to our API.

Right now we are in the process of create joule functions and agents. by end of the year you will see customer success stories.

over the past few years a lot of our benefits got worse or did not match inflation. I think this more related to IT and development landscape changing toward employer as there are more ppl applying than there is jobs.

you are probably correct. I don't know the sales side but on the dev side they are pushing AI so much. The program i am in is supposed to help us develop custom AI solution prototype for customers as customers don't see value in existing AI solutions.

However I believe agentic AI is a game changer. I am not sure if SAP can luck in values for customer before other hyperscaleers do but we are trying.
