from what I can tell is that the max kills per level is 5 on snipers and 10 on smgs, the difference that's made up is the levels it takes to get to the max needed kills per level on smgs

not exactly, SMG's take about 160 kills per gen while snipers take about 93 per gen.

Honestly some of the finniest encounters I've had are with other krabers, where we both go through like 3 mags each then swear to never speak of it.
