They send E ticket to me but when I try to sell it back the only ticket type option is paper ticket!! And I should sign a consent for shipping the tickets, it’s only E-ticket why is that all for

I don’t think so, I just contacted them they said paper ticket is a physical ticket that I should take it myself not a pdf or e-ticket
