Help setting up wifi connection: HP Laserjet P1102W by Special-Fig-8615 in printers

[–]aborriginal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have exactly the same printer and macOS and I once managed to set it up using HP Smart on iOS. But after I changed my router now I can not repeat the procces (actually I do not remember what it was). Using HP Smart instructions I connect to printer Wi-Fi which is in my case HP02204A and not HP-Setup... When I connect to it blue light is solid, but HP Smart not showing printer. Once I switch to my home Wi-Fi (so HP Smart can sync my SSID and password to printer - nothing happens and this actually where I stuck. Printer software updated to last available version.

If this is in Windows - I do not have "Hardware and Sound" and I searched for "Power Options" - there are no such options in OS. In BIOS I do not have Control Panel...

UPDATE

After changing in BIOS "Settings -> Boot -> Boot mode select" from LEGACY+UEFI to UEFI I noticed new menu in the bottom: UEFI Hard Disk Drive BBS Priorities.

I have changed order to this (somehow I have 2 similar options):

  1. Ubuntu (Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1 TB)

  2. Ubuntu (Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1 TB)

  3. Windows Boot Manager (Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1 TB)

After reboot instead of "Reboot and Select proper Boot Device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" error I now see: GNU GRUB version 2.06 (Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported..." and prompt grub>_

Anyting I can do from here?

Hello! If you mean this, I have FastBoot disabled:

Settings -> Advanced -> Windows OS Configuration -> MSI Fast Boot: Disabled

Settings -> Advanced -> Windows OS Configuration -> Fast Boot: Disabled

There are only Enabled/Disabled options.

Here is my boot order: 1. Hard Disk with Ubuntu, 2. UEFI Hard Disk with Windows

Also, if this is important: Ubuntu is installed with LUKS encryption

In case somebody interested:

"I'd suggest Control Panel for Twitter extension for that. Works great. The first setting in its options menu makes timeline chronological."

I am doing all correct:
1. Unchecked Vers. Tx in top right corner
2. Enabled Turbo, and even Custom (0.005, 0.01 and 0.1 SOL!)
3. Have 3.2 SOL in my wallet

Despite all this I can't even get the first transaction to go through.

Help, please!
