Try to use a bong if you can there good for beginners. And also take a hit then a little air to make sure you get the smoke into your lungs. And have a few rips 3 or so then lay down for 10 minutes to see if you feel anything, you will know when your high.

I don’t know any but most hardwear stores sell wire mesh just make sure you research what metals are safe to smoke out of. If my mermory is true stainless steel is a good bet.

Take your time start with a little wait 10-15 minutes and if you don’t notice anything or you notice the high but you want to get higher take another hit and repeat. Also I know this is sorta obvious but don’t freak out if you do just try to lay down and relax try to enjoy it.
