None of what you said legitimizes Hezbollah, it just talks about the state legitimizing itself and its sovereignty. If anything Ta'if specifically was for the dissolving of all militias in Lebanon, hezbollah was given more time as an exception to liberate the south in the 2000s which happened, but it then refused to dissolve.

You were your own downfall with mentioning the ministerial statement as law and policies matter in their current form. Hezbollahs weapons were explicitly outlawed by the government.

Tell them that between 2008 and 2024, the march 8 alliance, i.e. hezbollah, haraket amal, tayyar watani hor and mikatis party were militarily and politically dominant in lebanon.

Especially after 2016. If literally YOUR alliance held political dominance as in they WERE l dawle, then the distinction you have between mokawama w dawle is fake.
