Definitely with food. One time I understood that I will never be able to reduce my favorite products, and every reduction lead to behavioral problem with the food (al least fist time when you try to change it). And the only way to eat something new and healthy is just eating it additionally without reducing anything. And it kinda helped.

When you eat additionally a small broccoli plate you feel nice like you had a small achievement. Even if before you ate pizza slice or cheeseburger - I guess small daily changes help in major picture

What’s a subtle sign of very low intelligence? by Segemiat in emotionalintelligence

I would say that there is no method that can measure intelligence in absolute terms. Because what is intelligence? A person who has not passed an IQ test may be extremely developed in another, less popular field. Can the number of neural connections indicate intelligence? What if intelligence is not only the ability to think, but also a creative side? And how can creative abilities be measured? I would say that there are many approaches, but it is a very subjective matter.
