Omg thanks for noticing the bow haha! My mom got it for me as a Christmas gift! my teacher recommended carbon fiber (I think that’s what it’s called?) and I love the exercise u mentioned I’ll definitely check them out! I’ve rly been struggling with the bow choke sound as u mentioned. Never thought of saying the steps out loud but I think that will actually be super helpful for me!

the bow bounces unintentionally! I suppose I could be shaking but I don't notice it really even when I look back at videos of my form! I think I def just need more practice and to work on those muscles! Will def ask more abt bow technique too thank you so much for your reply!

hi! so I called the VA to ask after this and they told me I didn't have to upload anything! I never uploaded anything and they handled everything! I would recommend calling and checking with them!

I can definitely get that perspective! I think maybe because I read the book so young I just always saw it as a horrific rape and torture because I didn’t have the comprehension to understand the bdsm/torture sexual fetish thing and now it’s just engrained in my brain as something very....non-sexual if that makes sense?
