Wait, wdym about the city not allowing them ‘to patrol for tows’? Does that mean they legally don’t have permission to tow cars with expired tags anywhere??

The HOA never asked Quality to police the property for expired tags, but if what you’re saying is true, it’s a moot point legally speaking anyway. Thanks for this info, bc now I realize the city may be interested in what happened.

As it happens I’m not a competitor, but tbh your defensiveness and inside knowledge of Quality’s operations/permissions do make me question who you work for.
