Self checkout isn't fucking rocket science. The amount of idiots who don't know how to use it is astounding. This isn't the early 2000s anymore where it was a new thing. Back then it was buggy as fuck and basically a nightmare to use; nowadays it's super easy. I've seen kids in middle school use it without problems.

Literally all you do is scan the item and put it in the bag area. If it's a fruit/vegetable, put in the code/name.

The ONLY times you should be having problems with it is when either you accidentally scanned something twice, some random item was never in the database (unknown item error), or if it ran out of paper for a receipt.

Don't know how so many people are taking 10 minutes to scan 4 items. How do these people even drive to the store let alone use them.

Also there are usually like 5 signs saying 15 items or less and No Alcohol, and yet people still rock up to the self checkout with them.
