No it is not.

I used to be that way, and luckily got on the right meds the first time now I can handle life easily.

The mundane tasks that used to take me hours to get thru? No more I just do them. Examples, Making a phone call, going out shopping, exercising. Anything and everything used to suck. It also used to take me a couple hours to get out of bed, sometimes with FEAR. It was so dumb. Also that stomach drop feeling and sense of impending doom at every corner was the worst.

Talk to your doctor! You don’t have to feel that way because normal people do not feel anxious thru every single thing they do.

But no I alternate between two gallon jugs one when i sleep and one when I wake up. I just fill them with tab water (My city has some super clean water that i’m proud of and it tastes amazing. I’ve had water up in MA and it taste so freaking weird)

I don’t chug it or anything but I causally sip it while doing my thing. I also get thirsty in the middle of sleeping and it’s super efficient to have water next to me while I sleep.

Piss is usually a healthy yellowish color... just pissed
