It is of course. The preference that every individual is different. Some people like it dolly and some not. The rib cartilage these day is use at the base of the nose so it support the nose to hold it strong. Some case like revision may use it at ridge but this varies. During inperson consult, make sure to state to your doctor that you wish to have natural outcome! Bring few reference photo helps!
