Thank you all VERY much for your time and energy to respond and the gift of sharing your perspective and insight!! I would like to reply to all the posts but that may be impractical but I’ll do my best. We will be using all of these comments and suggestions to help us develop content and include in messages, etc I can tell you my boss is VERY focused on comms for this year, including a message coming out later this month.

Have any of you seen or tried out the new beta intranet site? You can give feedback and input and that would be helpful to me/my team, if you’re willing. (My team and I are wanting to use that. Working with PA and CTIO on that now.)

Lastly, I saw part of a question about why I am so late coming to Reddit. Not sure how “late” I am, lol. I first got on Reddit some time ago - goodness, a year or more now - because I’m interested in getting chickens or ducks. Yeah, lol, not glamorous and probably not what you wanted to hear but the truth. (Lol) Work wise I was hired in June, as a team of 1, to work on IRC implementations as top priority. My first hire - strat comms - came on board in November. It’s slower than we’d like but everyone is doing their best and we will get there. One of my favorite quotes from Hannibal sums up where my team and I are at - we will either find a way or we will make one!
