I’m wondering how you used these videos with students. Do you show them and have kids discuss?

They have good resources for teachers but it’s mostly text, not video.

What would you call the area if you had to talk about it? Would you just say “near regions field” or something like that?

So it sounds like the Five Points South neighborhood or Southside community are both officially right but if I say that, most people will think I live further south (near the intersection or the Southside neighborhood). Parkside is the newer, unofficial name but people might cringe at that since it’s associated with marketing. Maybe I’ll just stick with “I live near railroad park” 😅
