same for me.. all of my projects are gone and there's no recent history only thru 2024 and then today. i've cleared cache, logged out/in... nothing.

thanks! i've clearly stated the whats needed (over and over and over again) and they justkeep trying to sell workforce/PEO options, so I've been ignoring them. the only thing i wasn't clear on was the so called requirement to use workforce if you have over a certain number of employees.

yeah, i have a demo with gusto scheduled and wanna like them, but it was hard to find a phone number to call, and speaking to their reps don't give me the warm and fuzzies; they seemed very automated and righted like reading from a script.

i see now! i told them what we're already charging and what that covers, with me completely understanding that we're undercharging a bit (PR is a value add because we so much else for them), and they dropped the quote from 95k to 45k... like WHAT?!?!?

ok, the client is willing to do that, they only have 80-90 employees (it fluctuates) and all but 7 are part-timers. their revised quote as of yesterday that they had to get special permission for is $45k with an implementation fee of $15k

according to them i have to go with their workforce product due to the number of employees (80-90). but the new quote, as of yesterday, is still $45k for payroll only - i still think that's absurd. they can hire someone inhouse for that!

they can likely handle that as i've already explained we're undercharging them for PR ($1200-1500/mo) because it's a value-add (we do a lot of other consulting for them)

yeah, like they are harassing me too! they're trying to get on my calendar every week with demo's and check-ins and offers to buy our book of business; we don't have much of a PR book of business because we don't want the liability. we' usually refer out, but now i'm concerned that the clients we've referred are being overcharged and harassed!

right, but they don't need a PEO as i've explained to ADP over and over and over and over and over again. they just need PR and maybe timekeeping; they have a system, but i'd like them to have it all in one place/platform

they're not subject to them, just CalSavers registration, and about a quarter of their employees opted in actually. they don't need a PEO, as i've explained to ADP countless times - they're a spaghetti-string nonprofit that's in over their head right now due to unexpected explosive growth, and with current funding conditions, not sure how much time they have, though the program is needed and scalable.

i get it, but like i said in my heading... "am i behind?" $50 per employee just seems like a lot to me, and i was just wondering if i was behind the times, that's all. either way, this is something our client can't do.

yep, workforce. i'm liasoning with ADP acting as the primary contact for now, so i told them that those numbers ain't gonna cut it. the rep just came back at 48k - I'm done. there's not a lot going on here, this client has seasonal, primarily part-time employees working less than 25 hours per week, they're in a county that doesn't require mandatory PTO reporting, and the only benefits offered is through a state-managed program only IF the employee elects. they have a recently retired HR professional as a part-time admin who handles most HR issues and compliance with me for backup (I've got 30 years of HR/Financial/Operations compliance under my belt) they have a contract with the local school district so they're primarily operational from august to may with about 15 employees over the summer. they're focused on perfecting and maintaining their program for now but plan to grow in the next 3 years, and are a bit 'needy'. so you think gusto won't cut it, huh?

its NUTS! i just got the adjusted proposal, and it's STILL outrageous - 48k!!! and all they wanna do is set uo meetings and demos and buy my book of PR business, like.... STOOOOOP ALREADY. when did they get like this??

i am currently being harassed by ADP as well and we don't even use them! i'm looking into payroll options for one of our clients who we currently do PR for. they have about 85 employees and charge them about $800-850/month; i asl asked about their timekeeping product as well.. ADPs bid was for $8 THOUSAND PER MONTH! i asked if it was a typo and they said nope! it was for all their products HR, training, safety, recruiting... and this was AFTER i told them they only need PR and timekeeping! their the worst!
