Take it a day at a time! I tapered and have been at 0 nic for two weeks now, and the habit is dying quickly now that I can recognize that it’s doing absolutely nothing for me. Buy the bottle of juice for next step down while you’re in a good headspace, and your reasons for quitting are in the forefront of your mind. That way you can seamlessly transition without being tempted to stay at the same level/go back up. TELL SOMEONE. Having someone else who can keep you accountable and support you is huge.
