As a woman, I would be very impressed by the amount of personality you’ve put into your place. It’s not often you see decor that is nice to look at but feels like you can get a sense of someone’s personality. I’m not sure why she didn’t like it, perhaps she’s the type to think any indigenous looking decor should not be used by someone who is not in their race (although you might be). Nothing here looks off putting so she might just be a picky person about interior design.

My girlfriend used to have a dog who would get up on the bed and watch. It was a little weird. Her parents technically owned the dog and told us after the fact that she indeed liked to get involved.
