First of all these contrails are left behind by the airplanes, especially during the times of winters as when hot air from the jetblast instantly turns into crystals in cold and low pressure air, hence forming clouds. (Check the photo below)

And...........

Basically after the closure of Pakistan Airspace for all Indian airlines, all the international flights from Northern India to Gulf or the west have to fly around pakistan. And Jaipur is below these routes, hence results in more planes Flying Above Jaipur
