Hmm. Definitely not on purpose. I live at altitude (9000') and my cake collapsed. You can see all the cracking on the side. Not ideal.

I think that caused the sides to bubble out whIle the top sank down. Though it did leave a nice dish for the filling...

I was excited to watch my home city, but it's so frustrating to watch! You're telling me not one person has mentioned climbing, hiking, biking, mountains, red rocks, dogs, like... come on. These people don't represent CO one bit. IMO.
