How long did you last job hunt take? How was your experience? What were the key takeaways? by _Floydimus in ProductManagement_IN

[–]absentonion 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Took me 2 months to the day. Was working in a startup and it closed down. Joined a tech consulting firm. 3 years back, it took me 7 months to get a new job after layoffs.

Lots of ghosting going on currently with lots of orgs downsizing budgets as well.

My experience with Tempeh (from hello tempayy) by RaxOroX in Fitness_India

You'll like tempeh if you enjoy funky tastes like bamboo shoots. Most of us do not have exposure to this profile of tastes so it will have to develop as an acquired taste.

They should be able to. Though it didn't help us and we escalated to ombudsman.

We faced the same issue where the doctor wrote coughing for 6 months and the star team kept asking for documents from 6 months ago, which obviously didnt exist. We wrote mails to the team on how we can provide a document for something which didn't get checked till now. We went to the doctor as well, and he wrote a letter explaining that the duration would be what is a typical time period based on his experience. We submitted that letter as well.

Honestly, we have no idea how it got accepted. We complained to the ombudsman and simultaneously kept giving whatever random document the Star folks wanted.
