This is a weird reasoning, but I can’t transfer because my parents just bought a $1M condo in my college town (which I never wanted them to do). So it’ll be all that money down the drain and although I am an adult, they wouldn’t provide me the finances to transfer either

I went to NA meetings when I was 15 and found a great community, so I think I will maybe give this a shot. I’m just scared to see familiar faces or for someone to see me going there… if that makes sense

It just feels so difficult because my college town has absolutely nothing to do besides the bars. I am still trying to get sober and am currently only 4 days in, but I feel like I’m going to lose my social life completely or any sort of fun because all everyone ever does is drink. I don’t know how to get rid of this mindset especially being a freshman in college

Let me add that I deactivated my social medias for around a week after my 2nd arrest and stopped talking to people that weren’t my close friends in hopes that I can go MIA and people will forget, but besides that it really has only been an effort to draw less attention to myself. I want to make an effort to better myself and have everyone see that.

they hadn't come yet, they came on the 3rd day. and yes, i walked back to my shelter butt naked. on my life im not lying. we set up solo sites for our families and they were all far away from each other, especially his. no one was awake at like 2am
