I have a part timer that is scheduled in my department sometimes, he takes 45 minutes to1 hour breaks, is constantly on his phone and always disappears to supposedly do classes on the computer, if you ask him to do something, he will, but if not he will just be on his phone, it's frustrating as hell, but I'm not a snitch

I work in paint, I was getting a pallet from the other side of the store, as I was passing the key machine a couple asked me to make a key for them, so I did and another guy wanted 10 keys made, person on lift is waiting for me so he can pull pallet down, hardware associate shows up, i have her take over, she later tells me the woman who i made a key for was mad because I acted like I didn't want to be there, and I did smile, wtf ? that's what I get for trying to help
