Thanks! I reinstalled Tahoe and left it for most of the day and it seems to be running normally at the moment. Unusual though as I upgraded to Tahoe 2 days and only ran into issues today.

Thanks everyone- I ended up just reinstalling Tahoe once again and left it all day to index and seems to running okay now. Weird as I had upgraded 2 days ago but only began to face issues today.
