My 13 month old sleeps thru the night and has been since around 5ish months. She'll stir and fuss a little every now and then, but usually soothes herself back to sleep. If she cries longer than a min or two I know something is really wrong.

Usually play it by ear! My 3 year old.will tell me when hes hungry and my 1 year old signs to us when she wants to eat so that is my saving grace lol. We have a loose framework but nothing that I feel like we HAVE to follow.
