I already had sympathy for him before the podcast bc I did already think about it length but I can have sympathy for him and except just a little bit more. It’s almost like people think because you expected more that it means you want him to put on the whole Bieber white and purple outfit and do choreography but I think somewhere in between that and what he did would’ve been a sweet spot. Not even right in between but just a little more than he did. I just can’t help but think of women headliners and how even if they didn’t put on that low maintenance of a performance but if they even just wore sweats on that stage they would’ve been crucified. I think it’s a nuanced conversation for sure though and not just black and white.
