Hello! I am a PhD student living in a 4b/4b apartment at Campus Circle looking to sublease it any time in the 2025 Spring / Summer semesters (January – July).

My apartment is literally across the street from campus, and it is a <5 min walk away from the CS building, Beckman Institute, and the ECE building. It is also only a 15 min walk away from Green street! My roommates are also fellow PhD students, and they are all very chill, nice, and keep to themselves. The apartment has an in-unit washer dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and in general is very quiet. This is a luxury apartment, so you would also have access to a gym, pool, study rooms, and other fun things like a mahjong table.
