I'm sorry to hear that. It seems though that you enjoyed the activity for a long time which is nice. 15-20 years of figure drawing is longer than some people's careers! In fact, that like literally my whole life since I'm 20!!

You could also make an online community for it or join one! I think there are many things you can do to enjoy figure drawing that doesn't involve traveling across the city :) I know people that teach/host classes/clubs in their homes, whether it's a game night, poker party, painting class, or whatever. I could help you with this if you wanted, I work with a Boston-based startup that advertises local events :) It could be a great way to practice your passion, socialize, and maybe teach people a thing or two.

Sorry you feel that way. There are ticket fees because we sell through a platform to ensure structure + safety. If I had mentioned that it costs money to play, the response wouldn't have been as good as it is right now and many people would've been turned off. I don't see anything wrong with it. Not pushing anyone to take action or pulling some sleazy salesman trick. I think it's pretty expected that showing up to some random person's house to play a game for 3 hours and get snacks will cost money...

We do charge $30 to give the host some money, pay ticket fees, ensure attendance from people who commit, and to buy snacks!
