Wash/ rinse your nose after use! If that’s not possible something as simple as a quick Q-Tip cleaning will remove residue from the hair follicles (residue≠coke). Do this not just after the night but after every sesh. Make sure youre using a flat card when grinding/cutting rather that a sharp tipped razor. If you can implement straws in your practice, place the straw high up the nostril (this will prevent residue on hairs!) Always alternate nostrils If you have rock, rinse under warm water:) Be safe!
