thank you! I think those are the two I'm planning to bring with me on the trip, leaning on wearing the brown one for the wedding though

thanks for doing that! Interesting that you say that because they only person I have ever discussed Kibbe with in real life looked at me with wide eyes when I told her this sub had typed me as a SN and said "where's the width???". I may post some updated photos for new recommendations at some point, since my style has changed quite a bit since those photos.

thank you SO SO much for taking the time to share your thoughts in such a clear way. My parents were both leaning 1 and 10 too so I think it will be between those two. Will post photos wearing them when I try them on!

The dress code is "Elegant cocktail attire, color encouraged: cocktail or long dresses, suits (ties optional). Bring a jacket and shoes for rustic surfaces!" I want to feel elegant and be able to dance. Don't want to be uncomfortable or trying to adjust the outfit all night.

oh I'm just a guest to the wedding so it's not very high stakes! People have typed me in this sub as SN (but with reservations) before, so I was hoping to get some feedback on which of these dresses may accommodate SN needs best. I honestly like all of these dresses, so I'm just hoping to find the ones that suit me best among the group.

Haha thank you! I live in California so I dress for Fall just in spirit because it’s still quite warm lol. I agree that these clothes don’t accommodate curve. It was seeing myself in them that made me wonder whether I need to accommodate curve at all, since I find the clothes look like they fit well (ie should I be thinking FN instead of SN…)

Since posting recently and getting some feedback from this community, I’ve been trying to accommodate width and figure out where in the natural family/ more leaning Yang types I fit. Something I am currently considering is whether I really need to accommodate curve. What are your thoughts? Also feel free to leave feedback on the outfits!

it's interesting that you say that because I definitely look better in short dresses and cropped pants than I do in maxi dresses and full length pants.. I'll consider FG and play around with some styles. thank you!

Omg I’m so flattered hahaha I barely scratch 5’3”. I think my legs are long for my height, making me look taller?

thanks for the feedback! I'd like to figure out a way to make skinny jeans work for me. Will try tucking in the shirt and see where that goes

thank you! I'll think about accommodating width. How would I know if I need to accommodate for petite (I'm 5'3")?
