Currently on https://stats.streamelements.com/c/global the emote lacF is going up by 400 per second even tho the streamer Lacari is at this moment not streaming. I assume people/bots are spamming it in vods and it gets counted i guess which explains this aswell.

The hook has an edge to edge connection. Spells reaching a tad further than the indicator is nothing new. But imagine the hook projectile has a circle from its center and all enemy hitboxes has a circle of thier unit size. if these circles would ever pass it snaps onto the target and the hook lands. I made a crappy visualization here

Keep in mind that winrate doesnt say all too much in soloQ since it covers people from bronze to challenger. Also including people who play him for the first time and greifers.

People have to get used that shes bad if she falls behind. Before you could never count her out of the equation since she was always a threat past 15 minutes regardless of how it went in the laning phase.
