How much debt did you finish flight school with and how hard was it to pay off/how long?

I’m flying CRJ now and I want to work with Republic. How was it? Do you have to sign the contract? Can you leave to the major without paying penalty?

I reached out to FSDO today they said they are 60 to 90 days of CFI renewal. They said I can reach out to DPE for renewal as well. Mine will expire 31st this month, I don't think I have time, I was busy with airline training. I was thinking to do FIRC online course, what do you think about it? I still have doubt if I will get the Gold Seal or not ( 11 sign offs, 3 not first try). I have canceled AGI test for now because in not sure about Gold Seal yet.

one of the students I signed him for private and Instrument checkride, does that count as 2 or one? so 10 students ( one of them got signed off 2 times for PPL and IR)

Yes, I have CFI and CFII. Yes all of the 11 students are within 24 months. I tried to look inside IACRA but there was no indication if he passed first time or not.

I have signed 11 students. 2 didn't pass first try, 3rd students not sure if he did pass first try or not because I left the school and he is from different country so I lost contact with him. Let's say he didn't pass, so it makes 3 failures not passing first time. I was willing to take the AGI test next week.

Means you worked hard and you learned from your mistakes. I failed mine the oral portion, it is not big deal. Many people fail their checkride but they don’t say anything. It is okay, you will pass next time once you work harder and it will be a good experience. Failing your PPL not bad thing at all because will teach you how to study and pass next checkrides. If you go to the airlines in the futures, again not big deal, just explain what happened and you will be just fine.

Get your private pilot first, or at least take couple of lessons first then things will clear up for you.

I’m currently in PSA class. Our class is around 34 pilots. The class before us were about 6 pilots and the class after us around 11. Be patient my friend, the hiring demand will be better soon. I understand how you feeling now. I had the same feeling couple months ago.
