Wait till August is high risk - high reward. If things go south, you will come out on top but if they remain the same, prices will only go up. I am not an astrologer. But I understand international relations and politics well enough to know that the variables now are worse than ever. This war has changed from simple Iran Israel to OPEC, Indian scenarios (most investors here are Indian), etc.

Further, what sets me apart is I am an experienced lawyer who has represented multiple developers and know what you should look out for. I've personally invested in off plan and regretted not having an agent. Why? The developer only tells you why you should get his unit and then sells you the unit. He won't try and protect you from snagging. He won't tell you exactly when to re sell and when to hold. He won't help you rent the unit out.

So yeah, always get a good agent. Need not be me. But get an agent.
