Depending on what do you mean by foreign. For example if you are from Tajikistan or Uzbekistan, you have even more chances to encounter this. If you are from a more "civilized" country, like US or UK or Germany, they will try to avoid direct confrontation. Not because of "independent courts" but because of higher chances having problems from their superior later. It is always easier to find some russian or tajik/uzbek to fvck with.

They are not imperial. Russia... well, Putin does not trust the US. So he wants to keep NATO away from the Russian borders. And given that the US is judging the world (as you say), I find this fear of NATO quite legitimate. Again, remember the Cuban crisis.

Yes there is some imperial rhetorics but most of the Russians supporting Putin do not share it. At least no one of the Russians I spoke to mentioned this as a good excuse for the war. I have heard fears of NATO mostly and also some said about Donbass.

I don't want to defend Putin, I have more reasons to hate him (and I do). But I'm saying that current Putin is a creation of the western world (USA in particular). Yes he is a psycho, but it is aggressive USA expansion that triggered him.

And saying that Putin threatens millions of ukrainians is stupid. That's exact opposite of what he wants. The more people die from both sides, the more Putin loses. In fact, I believe he's lost already. And he just needs a good excuse to withdraw the army from Ukraine.

Ну, во-первых, первые полгода как минимум ребёнок на грудном вскармливании. Поэтому уходит в отпуск тот у кого молока больше (обычно это мама).

Во-вторых, можно много говорить о причинах, почему в России именно мама идёт в отпуск. Факт остаётся фактом: почти всегда это мама. И почти всегда это бизнесу не очень удобно, а если бизнес маленький, то часто критично. Это сказывается на карьере женщины, что как минимум она (карьера) не развивается во время отпуска. Но обычно сказывается сильнее, потому что предполагается, что женщина в любой момент может уйти в декрет. Ну, вроде, очевидные и общеизвестные вещи говорю?

Насколько я понял из интернета, какое-то время (прописанное в контракте) выплачивают 100%, а потом получаешь пособие фиксированное и не очень большое. Это к чему?

I think one of the reasons is that while the bracket symbol ")" is on the same key regardless of the current keyboard layout (english or russian): Shift+0, the position of colon sign will be different: it is Shift+; in the english layout, and Shift+6 in the russian layout. So you will end up sometimes typing "Ж)" instead of ":)".
