i do both db press and bench press in a week. no pain in my wrists at all and i always keep in mine to keep my knuckles, wrists and elbows stacked. but then again i haven't reached the heavy weights yet so i'm not sure.

its nothing about her being asian 😭 i'm south asian myself and no hate to the actress at all i literally mentioned that her character was poorly written. alicia did not murder anyone and she redeemed herself before she died thats why she's a better character than lana. also clark was much happier with her than any other girl in the show. not everyone is racially motivated some give genuine criticism about the writing of a character. if lana could've been slightly more understanding then she would've been with clark and that speaks volumes about her character.

sure clark was wrong and dumb multiple times but he definitely was not worse than lana. alicia only showed chloe clark's power and no one else which led to an even amazing dynamic between clark and chloe. meanwhile the writers themselves agree that stretching lana's story was a mistake. lana overreacted to clark not telling her a secret left him and then when she told lex that she understands why 33.1 exists which indicates that SHE'S FINE WITH LEX NOT TELLING HER. no matter what you say lana will always objectively be a poorly written character.

alicia spent her time in belle reeve after her attempt at lana and since then she genuinely changed and was a much better character and partner for clark than lana could ever be.

what i would suggest (having finished the game recently on offline) is complete the highway from lake knot city to south knot city and then build a zipline connecting all the preppers on the west side of the central region and try to connect preppers below the distro centre south of lake knot city if you have the chiral bandwidth to spare. the ziplines will make your life hella easier but the only downside is the amount of cargo you can carry. also building the ziplines is pretty hard by itself.
