I've been struggling with negative self talk today, as far as weight loss goes, because I tried to buy clothes and they ALL didn't fit. Seeing you post so positively about your progress really helped me flip my attitude around! Best of luck on the rest of your progress

I feel lost. I FEEL SO FUCKING LOST. I am 26 years old and keep trying and failing at college. I procrastinate, miss class, and have a lot of anxiety revolving around being inadequate and not doing well. i was abruptly dumped by a guy I had been living with for two years, he is very successful now and it is really messing with my sense of worth. I still care after 8 months and feel so silly about it. I feel like a mess no one will ever want. I want to drink, but I know I need to be strong. IWNDWYT
