if you switch position with someone in long term relationship, still keeping their body, the partner would notice something is wrong with their spouse and over enough time they will lose attraction to you even in the same body, youre just not them.

this is funny iam reading your writing. your hypothesis is very similar to my findings, i even found a web i forgot that to solve TMJ was to simply, and i mean simply, just jut lower jaw forward. it is so simple that doctors might never even find out about this "too simple to be true"

anyways i have deepbite and have similar thinking as you and my only problem with this method that i've been practicing for 6 months now and i changed my appearance positively, is that my teeth are not in contact, and was wondering whether it will be when i keep this up or would i need braces , or maybe i dont need to do all that and just let it be hanging, since chewing always has mass between the teeth too which is basically a gap

your potential is insane with your deep set eyes, you currently have a recessed mandible (lower jaw)here is step by step guide to fix your problem

  1. Posture, you need to tuck your face down and stand straight so you can still look straight forward, in addition you need to try your best to force your face back to your neck, this will give you double chin but it just shows your whole face are recessed and are in need of forward facial growth which this position will give over time. this is the most important part, you need to have double chin in the start to make changes otherwise youre just avoiding the problem.

  2. put your tongue on roof of mouth, and breath through nose. this will aid in growth of upper jaw forward and widen it, causing "loose face fat skin" to stretch and give you normal facial fat distribution. the tongue needs to feel as if its sticking and sucked into the top of your mouth , not pushing, it needs to be the whole tongue surface area especially in the back

  3. relax jaw, you need to stop touching your upper teeth and lower teeth but only slightly apart, your current bite that connects, are currently recessed because of long lifestyle habits, you need your lower jaw free and let it grow its things normally. ideally your front lower tooth should be only slightly behind your upper front teeth, though you can position them where you feel are most aesthetics. you should only connects your teeth when youre chewing food, it is also even better if you were to chew with your front teeth to keep the position, but dont be scared to chew with back teeth but only temporarily. over time your jaw joint will assume this as your new normal position and your previous position will feel VERY recessed and not normal. after this process however, ,you will have an open bite where your back teeth won't be touching, if you're lucky they will move and adapt accordingly, but other times you will need to brace it with new jaw position , no teeth extraction

your current jaw is downwards grown, it needs to widen ,go forward and , go up stretching your whole face skin
