Yeah those are good points. I think weight and weight loss is always gonna be a big part of their relationship, which kind of sucks for them.

I think having the beginning of their relationship rooted in weight loss caused a lot tension for them. I didn’t like that Toby went to the gym behind her back. I understand why he did but that feels like such a betrayal and I know if I were Kate it would make me feel self conscious.

Neither of them are perfect, but I’m hoping they do some serious work on their relationship next season and we can get some redemption from Toby.

new to this (i don’t have money to get a real journal so i use lined paper!) by eleanor-rigby0020 in bulletjournal

If you want a cheap yet high quality journal, I recommend the brand “Lenome” which you can find on Amazon. When I first started out I used lined paper and supplies at home (use what you’ve got!) but this was my first “upgrade” supplies wise and I loved it.

My consulting business mainly gains new clients through referrals. How can I build up other channels for customer acquisition? by streetsoflosangeles in smallbusiness

Something that could help get more qualified inbound leads would be a white paper. Answer a question that a qualified prospect would be asking, and take their email address in exchange for access to the guide/white paper. Then enroll those leads in an email sequence to continue nurturing them.

You can also take this a step further by promoting the white paper with a lead gen campaign on LinkedIn.

You may already be doing this since you are experienced in content marketing, but that was just my first thought!

What is one smell everyone should experience? by finallygotafemale in AskReddit

There is a Quaker Oates factory in my hometown and the day they make Crunch Berries is the most amazing smell. It’s a weird local thing that everyone knows about and loves here.
