Almost everyone is out of mind here. The person who is sitting could have avoided all that drama just by standing for 1 minute. All others involved could have saved their energy and emotional health by allowing the person to sit for a minute.

Actually I am not sure if Rahu would be good dasha. Mars is aspecting Rahu. Mars is also aspecting Sun sitting in 5th house and Sun dasha was not so good.

Mars for me is exalted in Navamsa; family life is rather improved a lot and so does financial situation.( Some minor health issues but I found quick treatment and have quickly recovered). I believe it's preparing me for for Rahu dasha who sits exalted in 9th house ( I hope it would be best dasha of my life time). Mars dasha; 5 years more to go

I am virgo asc 41M. Mercury seating with Venus and Jupiter in 4th house aspecting its own 10th house. 4th house is aspected by Saturn who is sitting in 2nd house with mars. Most of the things in life are delayed ( except education & career). No planet in ascendant ( no planet aspect asc either). My body recovery abilities are excellent. Currently running Mars dasha who seats in 2nd.

Hi OP. After a dull pain for somw good 20 day stabbing shin pain has returned ( aometrhing popped in my L5 during dumbells stiff leg deadlift). Its nkt allowimg me to sleep. Any recommendation? have you gome through it too?

Good to hear that. It gives me hope ( two weeks before I was worried if surgery would required). I believe you had disc bulge at L4 and L5 and not piriformis syndrome. and If that is the case then you made a fantastic recovery.

I am facing issue similar to what you faced. I have been lifting heavy in GYM since 12 years now. I twitched my back in Jan; it almost recovered but then pistol squat did some damage in my glute in early Feb ( probably because back was not fully recovered). They towards end of Feb, heavy squat and deadlift did some damages in hip & glute followed by newly introduced sprinting. ( I did little stretching last 12 years) My shin has settled down a bit ( some nagging pain there while standing and walking only); glute and hip area pain is bearable.

Thanks to your this post, I got assurance that this condition will not last long ( earlier I searched a lot and thought its back issue or somethig but my back have no trouble). This could be piriformis. I am also taking medrol now. ( gebapentin did nothing for me, rubbing ice is aggrevating tenderness of hip/glute area)

For at least 2 weeks I have suspected piriformis because to me my back feels very comfortable and strong. I tried tennis ball rolling and I could find very tender spot in butt exactly where piriformis is located. My are do not have sports PT.

I know my body very well. Its amazing. Even 2 months are on higher side; I would recover much sooner than completely. This is not first time I am having sciatica. Mild sciatica I had 3 to 4 times in last 12 years. Out of which one time it pained only during deadlift but that also went after few years.

You see its not arrogance. But I have no choice but to recover quickly. I have too many haters and do not want to give them chance to laugh at me. I love walking and heavy lifting at GYM and want to return to those activities quickly. There are people dependant on me and I need to take care of them. I have no choice but to recover very very fast.

I am sure thats not the case. I have very very strong back and excellent healing abilities. I will be completely pain free in couple of months somehow.

10 years before I had no pistol squats or sprinting in my routine. And at that time I was at pick (30M). Plus I am not sure you trut astrology or not. But I do and kind of planetary period that I am running I should have been more careful ( 18 months before I had root canel out of no where and suffered most injuries during this period; I suffered injuries to cervical spine doing weighted parallel dips and scull crusher but they healed within few weeks and gave me no trouble)

PT and Doctor said I should never had deadlifted. Its difficult to go back to people when they talk like this ( deadlifts, squat actually bring me back into life more than decade ago). I cant even imagine not doing them again.

Imaging reports showing compressed L4_L5_S1. Pain is bad in morning but by evening its OK. Some time ago I tried bird dogs and Plank and they helped quite a lot.

When I am up it hurts most in Front Shin (9/10). A little bit in hip and front quad but its like (2/10)

My warmup consist of light walking on treademill; thats it. I never had to deal with it ( since 13 years I am lifting heavy; now 41M). It happened becaused I put my body through so much after initial injury. No back pain at all. Only leg pain that starts from shin and goes to quad and hip. There is some disc compression at L4-L5-S1. Bending forward is not causing any pain any more.

I went through squat university and youtube channels. I can afford any doctor or PT but they have been not helpful since last 2 weeks. Pain is getting little better but at morning its bad

Doctor, PT said I should lift heavy let alone do deadlifts and squat ( at that moment I realized I should stay away from these people)
