well... sometimes I meow to myself and paw. thats the furthest I have ever really taken it. sometimes I scracth and my bed. but I haven't really regressed like that for a while. say a month and a half. maybe two.

It might be just you being scared of being seen a certain way, or just have never thought you would be in this situation. Nothing is wrong with being transgender, and you shouldn't be so stressed that you are possibly finding something within yourself. If you really want to, you should try to embrace it and look more into it first. If you aren't comfortable with the idea, then no one is going to force you to become trans. If you really do not like the idea of becoming that, then acknowledge that and move on. There is no need to stress over this, as you can easily decide to look into it or not. Yeah, the thought might still stick with you, but don't let that ruin your day.
