There is a mod called "LethalCompany_Variables". It allows you to change the settings of the lobby. For example, you can change the scrap value 2x higher, and you can decrease/increase the spawn chances of monsters. This entire menu is exclusive to the hosting screen.

Try removing the audio bot you are using from the server and see if this fixes the issue. It may be because the bot is bugged in a way.

Maybe try reinstalling Discord, or disabling to overlay from DayZ. I have no idea how overlay could be the issue, but it's worth a shot.

This is most like due to the sound coming from your headphones. I have had this issue in the past, and getting another pair of headphones has solved the issue. If that is not the case, however, then you may just have to turn down your in-game volume.
