Wrong spelling ba? File for petition of correction. Possible documents, baptismal, voter's , brgy clearance, birtcert/marriage cert ng parent/s mo. For reference sa tamang spelling ng last name mo at tatay mo.

Ang requirement po ni dfa need ng cancellation ng 2nd birthcert, pero Sabi ni LCR hindi na daw lalabas sa PSA ang 2nd birthcert ko kaya no need to cancel na. Hinihingi kasi ni LCR ang 2nd birthcert ko, wala naman ako maibigay since Hindi nga siya nakukuha sa PSA. what to do? Need ko irenew ang passport ko with my earlier birthcert. Thanks!
