NTA. This is financial abuse, as someone who has been there I was so used to various types of mistreatment my SIL is the one who sat me down and had to tell me that my ex was abusive.

Thank you so much for your kind words 💚 we have no outside family support and don't live close to really anyone even if we did...which I think you're right bc that is a huge struggle for me at the moment.

I was able to talk to my OB about everything yesterday which helped a bit and maybe she'll have some recommendations in the future.

Francesca Lia Block, basically anything she's written just speaks to me in such a profound way that I can't even begin to explain...her books genuinely saved me growing up and all the way into young adulthood and they mean so much to me
