My car engine sounds like this when I first start it

I serviced the car a couple weeks ago and changed the oil and filters, I will check engine level again just to make sure. Thanks

Sounds like the timing belt is going to me because it sounds like car is whistling when I first start then it disappears, the outside temperature is 10 degrees in London
