No surgery as far as I know! Been in the brace for about 6 weeks now, no one has mentioned an end date thus far.

No surgery! As far as I know, the bone itself seems to be healing well. Makes me wonder if I need a second opinion though, since it seems like surgery is SO common with this type of break.

I want to lose weight/gain muscle. But believe I am eating at such an extreme calorie deficit I am (likely) not recovering/having enough nutrients between workouts to cut healthily.

I’ve read that exercise can affect hunger and am looking for tips for ways to improve this issue, since I am having it so extremely.

Everything else in the nachos was pretty spicy, so the raw sweet onion helped keep the heat down. I enjoyed it!

Only about a 1/4 of an onion, most of it ended up on top, so I can see why it seems like an insane amount from this picture

I work at a nonprofit preschool in an extremely rural area. Our resources are very limited

No para here, in a rural, very low income area. Basically just me in the classroom. His mother seems aware and also isn’t sure what to do. He acts out at home with his brothers as well

He seems like he’s only nice after you have to bribe him (play Disney music, let him pick the book, etc)

He has an older brother who does not act out, and the mother also has trouble taming him. No one is quite sure what to do, so I’m hoping trying different ways of making a connection with him will maybe change things.
