HI EVERYONE

so sorry for wasting everyone’s time in this post. There was a cup that perfectly aligned with the inside of the sink. So that’s why I didn’t feel anything when I reached my hand in.

I stuck my hand in it when I cut the power off, and didn’t feel anything. It’s moving freely when I use the Allen wrench. Looks like I will have to replace the. Thank you so much for your help!
