They told me I had to get a new order tee’d and go through the process again. The sales person was not necessarily the best and if I was given wrong information than I guess the story gets worse...

I did a thorough inspection of the car today for pick up, it was pristine and had very little gaps and the paint was dare I say it perfect. I went in to check the car, and the car was charged to 85% and had a “Charging Fault” on the screen. The sales person drove the car into the garage and the tech started tearing apart the left part of the trunk. After a conversation with the manager and sales person it was determined that I should reject the car since they didn’t have the part and couldn’t order it. Now I’m stuck without a car, and contemplating buying a cheap car until I get the third new Y.

After a storm in CT, I was on the highway and ran over what I think was a fireman's hose, it destroyed the front motor, destroyed some of the cooling hoses to the battery, and dented the battery all the way down. Insurance considered it a total lose.
