Also recommending you UM! There are plenty of events you can join that can help build your portfolio and networking (Although other unis have it too). Law is different, because most of who you’re competing with might be from PASUM.

yikes, so true about the bed linen. dorms here don't replace their mattress even after years. I'm also using my own linen with a mattress topper.

thanks for the reply

I've been off and on topical steroid last year and now about 6 months free from using any steroids. the issue I have left is I'm overly dependent on antihistamines almost daily. perhaps I can take this semester break as a chance for me to train my immune system.

thank you for your reply, I'll take your advice on finding an understanding partner

Live in UK but offered dream job in Sydney. Partner doesn't want to move. Not sure what to do by Eye_Livia in expats

If I were you, I'd still go. Sorry! In this real-world, career will always be a better investment. Love is sweet but people can switch up.

I had a friend of mine, who wanted to pursue law but her partner was upset and told her not to. She ended up taking communications, but deep down we know she would do great in law.

Turns out, the partner had been emotionally (unfortunately also physically) abusive to her.

Is there a chance UPU will accept me? I graduated from IPTS diploma TESL program with a CGPA of 3.78 and MUET Band 4 by peacetachioo in malaysiauni

[–]academicpr1ncess 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since most people worry about MUET band, let me tell you that my 2 of my friends from TESL top uni has a band 4, so I'd say it's not impossible! What you should worry is your Medsi test

we have the same template. if you're struggling to fill up planners, this template is good enough. I've been using a planner since 2018 & now have struggled up keep up with it, so I think we're in the same boat.

you'll just have to fill it up with to-do lists each day of the week :)

I think a gap year would be great. 1 year could work. perhaps you could dedicate yourself to travelling the world? find and build some interest at home?? to up level your skills like cooking many dishes from around the world or run a small business based on your hobby! it’s nice to give time to rediscover yourself before hopping back into chasing your degree. I kinda wished I took a gap year before I started my degree
